General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
The drugs prescribed by your physician is appropriate for the treatment of loose stools.
If the vomiting has been controlled then, you add oral rehydration solution (ORS) as this will increase solute load, and will help in bulk formation, this also provides glucose, and will cause decrease in tiredness.
In most of the conditions, its not advisable to use anti-motility drugs, as this may do more harm than good.
kindly continue medication, and add ors which will help in faster recovery.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
