Hello, my boyfriend has a genital warts on his penis. We have been using condoms since we met for about 3 months. But sometimes the condom gets down and there was a skin contact during sexual intercourse. Am really am worried that i will have the disease. Is there a chance that i might not have the disease? General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your partner having genital wart HPV infection

HPV can spread through oral, anal and vaginal sex usually

Intimate skin contact also can spread it but it is not common mode of spread

Sample can be sent to laboratory for molecular testing for HPV if needed (if wart develops)
Pap smear examination also helpful in diagnosis

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult dermatologist or gynecologist if needed for examination
