Can Genetic Disorders Cause IVF Failure Due To Low Egg Quality?

i had two ivf failure cycles, in first 7 follocles collected and only two were in good quality but none of them formed embryo ,in second cycle from the 6 follicle collected only one was good and no embryo is formed . My age is 28, and doctor told ivf failure due to low egg quality ,may be due to some genetic disorder , is it possible for me to conceive with my on eggs

Yes, in some women,even if there is normal uterus with normal or faciliatted ovulation, there may still be problems with fertilization due to inability of egg to be fertilized. This can be caused by genetics or by hormones as well and it should be investigated more detailed.
