Can Fat In Breast Be Replaced With Lighter Implant?
hi, i am considering a breast job because of shoulder and lower back issues due to the weight. my question is, is it possible to keep the size (DD) but have the fat replaced with something lighter, like saline or something i dunno really..im frightened of pain but this is a health risk that even effects my posture, but i really dont want to loose the size. is it possible?
