Can Exposure To Typhoid During Pregnancy Cause Harm To The Fetus?
I just took a pregnancy test and happy to get a positive result! My concern is that just a couple days ago I visited a friend in the hospital that had typhoid fever. I took a pregnancy test right before I went and it was negative. Maybe it was just barely to soon to show me positive results. What should I do now that my fetus may have been exposed to this illness?

just meeting to your friend who has typhoid does not increase the chance of transmission of disease. there is no risk to your baby. so dont worry.
