Can Essvit Cause Hair Loss/ Thinning In A Diabetic?

good afternoon doctor i am diabetic from last 7 years and i dont know the correct reason y i am loosing my hairs actually my hairs are thinning from last 7 days iam taking essvit is it ok to have it is there any side effects please reply as soon as possible thanks

Hair thinning can occur due to a variety of reasons.
You have not mentioned your age/sex/ duration of hair thinning.
Common causes for hair thinning include fever/ major illness/ surgery in last 3-6 months, crash dieting, anaemia, thyroid abnormalities, sudden weight loss and hereditary patterned baldness.
Essvit tablet has biotin which helps for hair fall. It does not have any major side effects.
However, the appropriate treatment for hair thinning can be given only after a detailed history and examination. You may need additional medications depending on the cause.
