Can Elevated Prolactin Levels Cause Headaches?

I had aheadache for last 4 days i take resmile tablet but t had no relife should i take seridon ialso had a problem of gastric but alll my tests lft. Mri endisvopy .blood test are normal but my prolactin level is high this is 130 can prolactin is the cause of headache

I can understand your concern.
Elevated prolactin levels can not cause headache directly.
But if prolactinoma (brain tumour) is the cause for your raised prolactin level then this tumour can cause headache.
So in my opinion, you should consult endocrinologist and get done detailed evaluation for rise in prolactin level. Also get done MRI brain to rule out prolactinoma.
If prolactinoma is there then you will need surgical removal of tumour.
