hi my name is michelle and i had some test done on me yesterday and i looked up signs of diabetes and i have 8 out of 10 of the symptoms and im scared that it may change a lot in my life how can i know for absolute that i may have diabetes and how can i fix it

It is of concern because all the Symptoms will increase only when there is uncontrolled sugars
Secondly hyperglycemia cause increase soreness. So control blood sugars properly.
Secondly rule out formation of ketone bodies.
