Can Consumption Of Green Tea Delay Menstruation?

I was drinking green tea for 3weeks already, and I am already delayed.. My PT is negative and when I had my sexual intercourse, my partner used condom.. I am regular to have mentruation but this time m still waiting..does green tea really affects being delayed if mentruation?plsss
