Can Colonoscopy Cause Swelling In Stomach?

For the last six months I have had swelling of stomach, after walking it gets worse even if I eat less it still feels like a hard ball, I have had a hysterectomy, but they did not remove my ovaries, I had a Pap smear about five years ago and a colonoscopy in 2011.
