Can Cital Syrup Help To Get Rid Of Wet Garment After Urination?

I am Raghu. I have a problem of passing urine after urination. Always feel wet in my undergarments. Some physician suggested to take cital syrup. Is that ok? I dont feel any burning sensation or pain while doing urine.

Kindly let me know is this normal thing or i need to undergo some tests?

Thank you

Urologist 's  Response
Hi
The common possibilities are prostate enlargement(if you are above 50 years of age) and urethral stricture (if younger). There are other rarer causes. Occasionally urine infection may be the cause if the problems have started only recently.

Please get a urine culture done and get an ultrasound of urinary tract with post void residual urine checked. You might also heve to get an uroflowmetry done and see an urologist.

Meanwhile avoid coffee and tea, cocoa products and fizzy drinks.
