Can chronic non-bacterial prostatitis be associated with Sjogren s? I can t find in the literature. Reiter s yes. One would think so--from a mechanical point of view. Decreased prostate secretions might cause. If in fact the prostate works similar to the salivary, lacrimal glands to secrete fluid.

Yes it can, in fact in one study it is found to be a Cardinal feature of Sjogren syndrome.
