Can Cardiac Conditions Cause Fatigue?

I have an arrhythmia for which I ve had 2 ablations (SVT) and a long 1st degree (periodic 2nd degree) heart block as well as a mild/moderately leaky mitral valve. I need to sleep 10-11 hours per night and never feel refreshed. My blood work is all in the normal ranges. Is it possible my fatigue is related to my cardiac conditions or are there any other differential diagnoses?
