Can any uninfected men get infected with hiv after having unsafe sex with men ?

dear doctor i am men ,and unsafe sex with men ,but both uninfected by hiv ,so kya mushe hiv ho sakta he.

If both partners are HIV negative than chances of getting infected with HIV virus is nil.Always try to have safe sex using condom and don`t change partners.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
If both the partners are not HIV positive , there are no chances of HIV infection.However if either of them is HIV positive and in window period , where tests cant detect it , there can be chances of transmission of HIV.
That is main reason why we advise to have single partner.

If you are sure about your partners HIV status , there stand no chance of infection to you.
