Is It Possible To Have High Level Of Blood Alcohol?

My husband was killed in a motorbike accident. The coroner called me today and said the toxiologe report said .14. He was 200lbs and had 4 beers between 2:30 and 5:oo pm. Test at hospital were taken at 9:oo pm.We believe there was an error in the report. In uour opinion, is it even possible to have this high of a blood alcohol level in that period of time and what would you reccomend to be the next step we take in ensuring that the results of the test are correct?

0.14 is consistent with 2-4 beers in a short period of time before the testing. It can be rechecked.
