Hi,

Blurred vision is not a common side effect of either amoxicillin or cough syrup. However, it is important to note that any medication can potentially cause side effects in some individuals, and if you notice any unusual symptoms after starting a medication, it is best to consult with a healthcare provider.

In your son's case, the blurred vision may be related to the underlying cause of his cough, rather than the medication. It is important to speak with his doctor to rule out any other potential causes of his symptoms, and to determine whether any changes to his medication regimen are necessary.

If your son is experiencing blurred vision, it is recommended that you stop giving him the medications and seek medical attention immediately.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
