Can An Infant Suffering From Constipation Eat Enfamil?

My son is four months old and he has been suffering from constipation for the last 2 months. Doctors have tried switching him formulas. Hes on enfamil A+ gentlease and hes started passing stools again. however, the last bowel movement he had was green with white specs. is this normal

switching over from breast feed to formula preparation should be slow. How e3ver in this age i will prefer over to semi solid to solid food. It can contain vegetable soup, messed apple, messed potato,Dal soup etc It will give all nutrition and constipation will be cured.
