General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Duphaston is a hormone and antibiotics work to kill bacteria. Both of them have different compositions and different line of actions so they do not interfere with each other's work, nor there is any unwanted interaction. Hence, you can take them as per doctor's prescription at their specific timings.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
