Can An Antibiotic Affect The Function Of Duphaston?

Hi, Can antibiotic affects the function of duphaston. I am currently drinking duphaston and unfortunately I have a urinary tract problem like the sensation that I have too pee and a little comes out and a little burning sensation when urinating. Can I drink antibiotics? Can this 2 medications affects the function of each other?

Duphaston is a hormone and antibiotics work to kill bacteria. Both of them have different compositions and different line of actions so they do not interfere with each other's work, nor there is any unwanted interaction. Hence, you can take them as per doctor's prescription at their specific timings.
