Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, detailed result of liver function tests not available!
Yes alcohol can cause liver damage.
Based on the history and raised liver enzyme (SGOT) you seem to be suffering from liver problem which is causing abdominal pain and indigestion.
Other possibility is gallbladder or pancreatic diseases.
I would advise you to consult a gastroenterologist/physician for further evaluation and treatment.
Since alcohol is proved to be responsible for the diseases of the liver, gallbladder and pancrease, so stop taking alcohol or alcohol containing beverages, smoking, fatty meals or fast and junk foods. Eat home cooked food, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables and do regular exercise.
Best wishes.
