Can Adenoids Cause Headaches In Child?

Hi My 7 year old daughter complains with headaches, she has adenoids which sometimes lead to ear infections.She breathes from her mouth and when she sleeps she always wants 2 pillows under her head as she says otherwise she can t breathe properly.Are headaches assosciated with adenoids?.....Thanks
