Hello,

Whatever the surgical procedure is there whether it is minor or major more or less have some side effects and it is for sure and that cannot avoid but some side effects come around on its own if it is too minor and part of surgery but sometimes if it is serious, then may difficult to managed and life-threatening, as long as surgical procedures are concern it cannot be said hundred percent safe it can be invasive or noninvasive but may not be safe.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Husain
