Hello,

As any pain radiating in nature from back to hip thigh leg is indicative of the lumbar Radiculopathy.

Getting an MRI scan of the lumbar spine is advised. Post which, the possible soft tissue Injury is figured out.

Doing core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises and lower limb as a whole on both sides will help reduce the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
