Can Abdominal Cramps Be Related To Urinary Tract Infection?

I had a urinary trade infection about a month ago. I hook antibiotics for a week. The fever and pain are gone Should I assume the infection is gone? I m trying to schedule a follow up with my doctor but he out of town I seem to have stomach cramps recently. Can it be related?

I really appreciate your concern, if it was urinary tract infection and took the treatment for this and symptoms has gone then this is nothing to worry because infection might have eradicated, hope this information helps, take care.
