Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But I Still Miss My Period?

HI, my period was supposed to start a week ago today, I have taken lots of home pregnancy tests and theyve all been negative then about 4 days ago I started having abdominal tightness and pain. Yesterday I started spotting but its only when I urinate. I'm beginning to wonder if it's in my bladder. What could this be? Could I be pregnant and miscarrying?

Hi,
Pregnancy is not possible with -ve pregnancy test after 8-10 days delay in periods, BUT while pregnancy test is -ve,one can have missed periods due to some problems in menstruation( psychological/physical stress, weakness-low Hb%, hormonal imbalance, PCOD, thyroid problems , ovarian problems).
If you are doubtful about your pregnancy, get Blood HCG testing done - that is confirmatory.
