Can A Person With Abnormal ECG And Sore Chest Drive?

Hi there, just had an ecg yesterday which showed a slight second peak in the rhythm. Something about bifascular block. They are sending me for a stress test, but I won t hear back about an appt till Monday. I m worried about it of course, and wondering if I am safe to drive and operate an aircraft at this time. I m a little sore in the chest but I also lifted weights three days ago. I figure this has been going on for quite a few years and the odd time when in a tense situation, I feel a little lightheaded. Thanks
