YES 1.The causative factors may be the same for both eg. hypertension and/or atherosclerosis. 2.A heart attack may give rise to a stroke eg. through a drop in blood pressure as occurs in cardiogenic shock. 3.A cerebral stroke can trigger a heart attack through several pathways. I have stage 4 cancers in my lungs,and liver.my dr did ct,and MRI on my brain.i did not have cancer but was told I had 3 silent strokes.i had strange pains on my right side in spots,Ive been having tremors.my MRI said bilateral periventricular hyperintensities ,mucosal thickening within the maxillary sinus.impression.stable intracranial atherosclerotic vascular disease.what does that mean?
