General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In that case, if there is a peroneal tear or irreversible damage is there. We can't do anything about it. It is called lower motor neuron defect. Which leads to muscle atrophy due to its less use but you can start physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
