Can A Past Gastric Sleeve Surgery Cause Spots In Forearm?

I have a large spot on my forearm just below my wrist, and it also a lot of blood spots on top of it. If I scratch the spots it causes them to bleed. What could be causing this? I had gastric sleeve surgery 10 months ago, and I haven t been taking my vitamins like I should so I didn t know if that could be causing it.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Note the history gastric sleeve surgery 10 months ago, developed a large spot on forearm with lots of blood spots which bleed on scratching. Taking the vitamins properly, wants to know what it is.
The most probable cause can be a hemangiomatous development into some pre-existing skin patch.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Consult a Dermatologist for clinical evaluation, color doppler studies and blood work.
Laser treatment may be effective in such a case.
Do not try anything at home at this can be potentially dangerous.
