Can A PCOS Patient Conceive Naturally?

hi am 34 yrs,62 weight,5.1 height , igot married in2009 and I have a baby 7 yrs old, in 2012 my gallbladder removed, now im planning to conceive but now I got pcos just now I have done usg-abdomen right overy is enlarged and retention cyst measuring 36*31mm.and in uterus ET:8.2mm

If the cyst has normal fine regular walls it is the most normal thing to happen. You have to do an follow up ultrasound after 6 weeks and if it has not dissappeared you have to consult a gynecologist and take some pills to make it happen.
