Can Zofran 4mg Be Taken To Prevent Nausea During Colonoscopy?

I am starting my second dose of a Dulcolax laxative and Miralax prior to my colonscopy at noon today may I take a 4 mg dose of Zofran to combat nausea. This would be my first dose of Zofran as I didn t need it last night when I started my first dose of the prep. Thank you.
