Can Zinc Supplement Be Taken With A Blood Thinner?

I am taking 40 mg of zinc twice a day included in an Ared 2 formula. Zinc is important for eye macular degeneration. It is also important for blood clotting and wound healing. On the other hand I am taking 60 mg a day of a blood thinner for atrial fibralation. Is there a conflict between the zinc and the blood thinner? Thank you in advance for your answer.
