Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Viagra is a brand name of Sildenafil and it is not safe in patients with previous history of stroke and cardiac illness. It can cause further worsening of your disease condition and may cause another attack. It is contraindicated in cardiac patients and not recommended in patients with history of stroke.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
