Hi,

Currently you are on high dose of thyroxine since your TSH levels have reduced below the normal range of 0.4 to 4. You are at a hyperthyroid state and hence the dose of thyroxine should actually be reduced in order to normalize your thyroid status. During pregnancy, higher dose of thyroxine is required which should be reduced later. Kindly reduce your Thyroxine dose to 25 mcg and repeat Thyroid values after 3 weeks.

Hope that was helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
