Can Tendocare Be Used In Treating Pain And Stiffness In Calf Muscles?

hi.dr. i am 67yr male, ht 5'-11'' wt 75kg. good fitness. very active life. do yoga, stretching, statinary cycling. recently some stiffness occurs while getting up from chair etc. calf muscles towards ankle are having stifness and little pain. my bp.with atenol 50 and telmiride remains 140/90.

is tendocare safe for me. what should be the dosage & rt time. after 15 tab course do i need to take more. Dr.pl advise and oblige.

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the antihypertensive medicines are concern just one molecule is best for this and in my opinion if "Telmiride is controlling the blood pressure then no need to change it, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
