Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

This black scars may be due to niacin deficiency or allergy to some creams or lipstick etc.

Above drugs your taking already since six months then less likely to be a drug allergy.

It may be due to photosensitivity or fixed drug eruption due to other drugs. So please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you with alternative medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
