Can Stablanz PV Cure Instability Of Gaits?

I am suffering from instability of gaits, particularly in legs and My family physician advised me to take STABLANZ-PV twice daily after food daily for three months. Since after taking the medicine I am not cured whereas I am taking the medicine since one month. May should I continue the medicine.

Dear,
Sorry to hear you have been suffering since 3 months now.
Assuming that you are a healthy adult,can you sit cross legged on the floor with ease ?
If not, we need to rule out Avascular Necrosis of the femoral head.
Kindly stop all medications and habits (eg;Smoking) and go for an MRI of both Hips immediately.An Xray will only be able to diagnose in late stages of the disease.
Secondly if you are of the older age group, 60 yrs old or so, it can also be Osteoarthritis of the hip, which is leading to this unstable gait.
Stablanz is given for dizziness and not for unstable gait in legs as you have mentioned.
