Can St. John's Wort Be Taken With Wellbutrin And Atenolol?

hi I am a healthy 43 yr old female taking wellbutrin 150mg twice a day in the daytime for depression ...also taking 25mg of atenolol every other day to work with my nightly 4mg of coversyl for high blood pressure...my question is can I take st johns wort at 300mg three time daily? what side effects may happen and how long would it be till I see effects so that I know what to look for
