Can Prednisolone Be Taken For Pain In Legs And Back?

I would like to know if Prednisolone enteric, prescribed by my doctor, might help to feel less pain in the bone particularly legs and back. I suffer from psoriasis, but lately after a period at Comano Spa, Italy, my skin is almost completely clear, except for the toes of my right foot. A month ago I was told that I suffer from gout. Is Prednisolone enteric used for all the ailments mentioned? After 10 months of various treatment I am still in daily pain.

I really appreciate your concern, prednisolone is steroid and this could be best analgesic but care need to be taken while on this because this may not be curative medicine but this could be just a symptomatic one, it need to be taken in tapper manner, if this the gout then "Prednisolone" may not work here, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
