Can Penicillin Offer Protection Against Pregnancy?

Stupidly had unprotected sex out of marriage. Am currently on penicillin vk 500mg 4 times daily for a dental issue. Is that form of penicillin used to treat syphilis gonnoriah etc. Will I be covered? Want to keep a low profile and avoid stupidity again.
