General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, greetings. Thanks for your query. Ovral-G is basically a birth control pill but is also used to treat irregular periods, pain during periods, etc. It may be recommended for unmarried women. The side affects of Ovral-G include acne, weight changes, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea, spotting of blood in between periods. If you experience any of these symptoms, kindly consult with your gynaecologist for a change of pills.
