Can Opsumit Or Adcirca Cause Itchy Skin Rashes On The Back?

Hi I have been on opsumit and adcirca for over a year for my PAH. About a month ago I got a rash and itching on my back. I have had 2 celestone shots, the latest being Tuesday - longer lasting dose. My back is still itching like crazy. Could this be cause by either mediine?

Hello,

Any drug can drug induced hypersensitivity. Drug hypersensitivity presents with itchy rash. As these medicines are life saving, you must consult your Dermatologist and physician to find out the culprit drug and to stop the culprit drug. This must be followed by initiating alternative safe drug for pulmonary artery hypertension.
