Can Norethisterone Be Taken While On Depo Injections?

I m currently on the depo injection which causes my periods to be very irregular and heavy and am going on holiday for 2 weeks, I wanted to know if I m able to take norethisteron whilst on the injection to prevent coming on my period whilst on holiday

Thanks for ssking.
Depot provera &norethesterone both are progesterone preparations.The break through bleeding with depot injection is due to maximum range of hormone built up while on depot.....I thinknorethesterone would add up to the hormonal level... &will not prevent bleeding.
Once depot provera injection ..it would continue to act. till it weans off. &adding anothr hormone eould create more hormonal imbakance.
You got to adjust with the side effect.. even while oit doors.
