Can Misoprostol And Mifepristone Cause Irregular Menstruation?

Kit of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets unwanted kit At the time of pregnancy in the month of April,I used to take this medicine and at last everything was fine in that particular month. In next month..may..at the time of period..pain was more in my stomach than normal and flow contains more blood particle In june:at the time of period..pain increased more than previous moth Now it s October: at the time of period..stomach pain is out of control and blood particles are more in my flow Sir plss help me out..is it side effect of that medicine How can it be cured.

Slight menstrual irregularities and spotting can happen with Misoprostol and Mifepristone. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
