Can Meftal And P 120 Mg Suspension Be Used Alternatively For Fever In A Child?
Hi my Kid 3years old 12kgs of weight suffering from fever from 3 days.we r using P120 suspension 6ml from 3days.
In the morning it is normal and from afternoon it is increasing. Its 100 or 101degrees like that.can I use meftal and P120 both alternatively.
