General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that zoryl 1 and zoryl 2 have same composition only zoryl 1 contains 1mg glimipride while zoryl 2 contain s 2 mg glimipride. Both contain 1000mg Metformin. Januvia 100 which contains sitagliptin is a very good medication for diabetes, specially for controlling postprandial blood sugar. But self medication is not advised. If your blood sugar levels are not under control you should discuss it with your physician. He may want to increase the current dosage of your Medicines before substituting a different drug. Over medication can lead to hypoglycemia which is more fatal then high blood sugar. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
