Folllihair is commonly taken once daily after lunch for the best results. Do not keep switching medicines, be patient, let the medicine you are taking work. Switching medicines may interact and affect the absorption of the medicine and also affect the affinity of the medicine. Brewers yeast capsules have side effects like excess gas, bloating, and migraine-like headaches. Allergic reactions to brewers yeast are chest pain, throat or chest tightness, or difficulty in breathing. Take one medicine at a time and do scalp massage regularly with the hair oil that suits you best (almond oil/coconut oil), be gentle with your hair, do not brush it harshly, do not rub towel over it roughly when it is wet or dry.
