Hello sir, Myself Vinay. I am 26year old and my height is 5.7feet and my weight is 52. I am suffering from ROSACEA . I come to know about this 2years back and doctor advised me to avoid spicy food and prescribed CLEAR GEL & METROGYL GEL to apply affected area on my face as my face had pink acne like rashes . From past 2years i am applying CLEAR GEL & METROGYL GEL regularly and if I stop applying it acne grows on al part on my face and my face looks like face with pink patches. I am fed of with these gel s and also i am very lean and since i should avoid spicy food the food what i take is tasteless. I have lost interest in taking food and losing weight. Though sometimes i take spicy food but soon after i suffer from stomach infection. I don t know what to do. Please doctor tell me for how long i should not take spicy food.? For how long i should use those gels mentioned above? Any permanent cure? Any alternative way so that i can have tasty food to keep myself physically fit and to avoid applying cream? Please doctor suggest me any treatment for this. Thanks in advance.
