You have been suggested a very good regimen keeping in mind the treatment and also prevention of complications. please adhere to this regimen strictly. The key to success of this regimen will be proper diet and exercise, weight reduction, compliance with medicines. Check your blood sugars and HbA1c regularly. Meet your doc for dose adjustments.
