Hi
I can understand your anxiety to becone pregnant.i have gone through your transvaginal sonogram revealing subcapsular small follicles with dense stroma is called poly cystic ovarian disease.if it is associated with irregular periods weight gain & hirsutism called polycystic ovarian syndrome.hormones produced in the stroma inhibits follicle maturation and release of ovum(egg).best is drugs that facilitates follicle maturation or laproscopic drilling of stroma to reduce inhibitory hormones.nothing to worry.go for follicular study to assess follicle maturation and to assess time of ovulation, so that you can plan pregnancy.
Thank you
With best regards
