Can Glyco 12 Be Used To Treat Cheek Patches?
hi doctor...i had used depiwhite cream to get rid of pigmentation on my cheeks, but i got reaction and now i can see a light brown patch on affected area my other dermatologist prescribed me glyco 12 cream.should i use it. i ahve oily sensitive skin.

Hi, welcome to HCM,
Depiwhite Cream and Glyco 12 both contains glycolic acid. depiwhite has also kojic acid in addition of glycolic acid.
Light brown patch after reaction is post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
apply depiwhite in very less amount and start with only at night.
wash your face with face wash containing glycolic acid.
use sunscreen with spf 30 or more.
